Washing wintercoat
Ask yourself, how often do you wear your coat? And how often do you clean it? Its not necessarily to do it every week but in the long term it is good to do from a hygiene point fo view. It can be quite hard to do well, as it tends to go wrong occasionally. We at dobbi will gladly help you, want to know what to do? Make sure to use a special detergent for down and padded wintercoats. Do not wash your winter coat hotter then 40 degree Celsius. In order to retain the form of the coat you can also put a tennisbal in your washing machine. It will prevent down from getting entangled. After washing the coat, make sure that it dries properly, preferably outside. Beware not to hang it out in the sun, it can fade away the colour of the coat.

The different fabrics and linings of your coat are very vulnerable. A washing machine will not take this into account and will wash each coat the same. There is thus a large risk of damaging and losing this coating.
